Wells is actually 8 months old now in real life, but I'm a bit behind on blogging so let's go back and cover his 7th Month!!
He still has his gorgeous blue eyes

Daddy wants Wells to walk now, but Mommy says we can take it one step at a time
not so sure about the swing but enjoying random warmer weather (laughing at his apparent mohawk hair here)
He takes after his mommy with weird sleeping positions
Giggles with Daddy
Dinner with friends- Miss Caroline stealing Wells' paci
LOVES a bath and splashing
He rolled over and took a nap on his tummy for the 1st time
wearing red on Valentine's Day!
tried out the high chair for the 1st time and loves it!
getting a little bit better at eating
Handsome for church
wearing Daddy's glasses
Caroline (9.5 months) & Wells (6.5 months) hanging out in Wells' crib (yes, they are the same size despite the 3 month age difference)... their interaction was hilarious because Caroline could stand and Wells couldn't, so he kept pulling her down into his lap.
I love them giggling at each other

We up and decided to run/walk our church's fundraising 5K one Sunday afternoon... it was quite a challenge since I'm definitely not a runner, but it was invigorating and we loved it. We have been going for walk/runs in our neighborhood in the the afternoons ever since!
We got Wells a new humidifier (shaped like a Penguin) since he was a bit congested and as soon as the mist started coming out Wells was cracking up!!
1st time at a bowling alley- a little soon to be able to participate
Standing already? Not really, he needed help, but he loves his activity table!
...and is still obsessed with bouncing. love his chunky knees
my 3 boys
sometimes sleeps on his side now
and on March 2nd Wells turned 7 months old!
Age: 7 months old
no doctor's appointment for stats
Likes: the door bouncer, banging 2 toys against each other, bath time, scratching things and feeling textures
Dislikes: sippy cups, being overly tired, staying on his tummy for long
Eating: still breastfeeding and usually eats every 4 hours (8am, 12, 4, 7:30pm). Started to try more baby food about 1x a day and is doing a little better (green peas, sweet potatoes, carrots, green beans, bananas)
Sleeping: Goes to bed at 7:30pm and sleeps until 7:30 or 8am. Naps around 10am and 2pm (1-2 hours) and occasionally at 5:30 or so for 30 minutes
Diapers: still in Size 3 Pampers swaddlers (nighttime diapers too)
Clothes: 6 or 9 month dressy clothes/bubbles and 9-12 month cotton/play clothes/pajamas
Other things to mention from this month:
- Had a mum mum for 1st time and didn't like it at all (probably because of texture and lack of taste)
- Mimics me making faces and sticking tongue out
- Went to church nursery for 1st time and did great!
- Rolls around some in his crib now and gets too close for comfort to his bumpers but he is fully able to turn his head away
- Is an EXTREMELY determined little boy- if he sees something out of his reach he will work as hard as possible to reach it (phone, remote control, toys, anything)!
- Switched from Medela small 5oz bottles to Born Free 9oz bottles (for Mother's Day Out or babysitters, which are really the only times he ever has a bottle) and didn't have any trouble adjusting
- Can pretty much always find his paci in the crib when it falls out, put it back in, and fall back asleep- AMAZING life saver!
- Will move from sitting to standing with the assistance of your finger
- Went through about a week of needing about 2 oz of milk in a bottle after his last feeding of the day (7:30pm) because he still acted hungry (probably a growth spurt)
- Ate a whole serving of a baby food container (sweet potatoes)
- Started playing with the paci for more than just sucking on it (chewing at different angles in his mouth & shaking it back & forth to hear the noise it makes)
- Started reaching out and paying a lot more attention to Harper
- Is a JOY!

We love you Wellsy Bellsy!!
