The joy of Holidays is increased so much now that we get to celebrate them with the love of a child in the mix. He may not understand all of these celebrations just yet, but we are loving having him a part of these exciting times and I am soaking in every new experience. A week before Easter we had his pictures taken with real bunnies and Wells loved them.

Then the Saturday before Easter we went to "Breakfast with the Bunny" at the Country Club with Ben's family where there was also an egg hunt for the bigger kiddos.
We will enjoy these pictures now before he is at the age when he is terrified of the massive furry suit creatures.

We were so glad that Grandmother came in town to celebrate Easter with us!

My amazing little family :)
After the breakfast, we headed up to the camp for the night and hung out with my parents. The next morning we left straight from there to go to Easter Sunday church back at home.
The lake was a picturesque back drop for our Easter family pictures and Wells looked so handsome in lace.

We had Easter lunch at Ben's parents house and by the time we got back home that afternoon, the Easter Bunny finally visited Wells!
This was the beginning of Wells thinking he could start crawling, but he moved backward more than forward
and then decided, NAH, blowing bubbles is more fun... silly boy!
We thank God for his many many blessings in our life and were overjoyed to have such a beautiful, perfect day worshipping him.
Our baby boy sure was showered with lots of love for Easter and is now in no short supply of swim shorts for this fun summer ahead of us. ;)
